Job Description

In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager of Controlling & Treasury APAC based in Singapore.

(Part time / Full-time : 3 months commencing Sep/Oct 2016)


Your functions:

  • Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget and assist in forecasting process.
  • Participate in annual budgeting process including data collection, analysis and management preparation.
  • Support data entry and consolidation within reporting and planning tool.
  • Assist in coordination of intra-Asia planning process as well as with our team in Germany.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned.


Your skills:

  • Computer / IT skills: Very good MS Excel skills including Pivot-tables to analyse and prepare financial figures.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Information, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
  • Language skills: Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
  • Soft skills: You should be self-motivated and able to work independently and possess good communication skills.
  • Others: Analytical and process-oriented thinking pattern. Attention to details


You should be able to commit at least three working days per week but full-time is also appreciated.

You should ideally be pursuing a relevant course of undergraduate or postgraduate studies in Singapore or overseas. Foreigners must fulfil criteria for Training Pass to be eligible.
