Responsibilities:
· General administrative duties - maintaining proper filing systems, mailroom duties, printing, faxing and scanning of documents, etc
· Process weekly employee expense claims
· Assist marketing department with drafting of proposals, updating of database, etc
· Assist employees with travel arrangements flights, hotels, car hire, visas, etc
· Provide administrative support in daily operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
· At least “O” Level/Diploma in any field or students currently undertaking a business degree
· Good attitude, meticulous with details and pro-active
· Fluent in written and spoken English
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Resourceful, able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
· Enthusiastic in learning new skills
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
