Job Description
Collective Works is looking for a people-loving individual with a big personality to oversee the daily operations and administrative requirements of our dynamic flexi-working space!
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operational requirements of Collective Works (including but not limited to opening the space, maintaining inventory par stock levels, etc.)
Addressing any questions, issues, and concerns any potential or existing CW clients may have
Assisting in the administration and maintenance of CW social media channels
Acting as a personal assistant to the CEO on an ad hoc basis, which, depending on the skills of the applicant, may include the drafting of contracts, handling of sales site visits and any other tasks delegated at the discretion of the CEO
Required Experience/Traits:
Self-starter, able to work independently under limited or no supervision in an unstructured environment
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals and groups of varying compositions and backgrounds is a must
Excellent organisational ability, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Outgoing and gregarious personality with a strong commitment to high service standards and a firm belief in building lasting client relationships
Intermediate level of competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
While not required, the following skills will be favourably considered:
Prior experience in hospitality related positions, whether in operations, sales, or revenue/yield management
General computer literacy and comfort.
