Coffee Hive is set up by four enterprising young men in January 2012. We love local coffee and came together to provide a cosy place with affordable coffee and great food to the people working around the area. Our unique blend of local coffee is specially formulated to bring out the aroma and taste of original local coffee. All our food is specially prepared with a myriad of herbs and spices to provide an interesting meal every day of the week.
In the span of 3 short years we have expanded to 6 outlets and are targeting to open another 3 this year. We have come a long way and are looking to train and share our experience with budding and interested individuals.
- Job Description
- We are looking for an energetic and positive individual who
is willing to be very hands-on to learn what an F&B business is all about,
how it runs, and to understand all aspects of the business.
The individual will plan, analyse and launch marketing and promotions to improve the business. The person will also have to help in documentation and participate in formulating key processes to support the company in franchising.
The person will be rotated to all the different outlets to understand the differences in the operations in the different outlets and also to be exposed to different roles in each outlet.
The individual will be given an opportunity to launch marketing initiatives online, and to measure the effectiveness of the initiatives in a real life environment. The person is also expected to be active in the different social media platforms in improving the company's brand awareness.
