Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Following up with agencies on short-listed candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing Employment Letters and arranging for signing etc
• Administer on-boarding including pre-employment checks, creation of P-files, liaising with IT and relevant departments for email address, work-station allocation etc
• Conduct brief induction for new employees
• Sourcing of training programs and registration of staff for training
• Administer Exit processes such as informing relevant departments, updating insurance, etc
• Administrative duties such as attending to visitors, courier services, mails and distribution of mails, etc.
• Ad-hoc HR & Admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
• A level, Diploma, Undergrad may apply
• Pro-active, resourceful and team player
