Missions:
- Highly involved
in daily project development affairs
- Destination research & project study (mostly Vietnam, but also some other countries in Asia according to the needs)
- Business analysis (across industries, e.g. real estate investment, hospitality & even government)
- Meeting organization/participation with internal functions (CEO, finance, marketing, operations, construction, legal etc.) and external partners (Investors, developers, government officials, consultants etc.) – mostly high-level profiles
- Travel overseas might be required
- Event organization / coordination
- Translation (Vietnamese/English) tasks but not big volume
- Other tasks might be assigned by managers
Profile:
- Min. bachelor level -> prefer major in all business / law
- Native speaker of Vietnamese & fluent in English
- Valid stay in Singapore
- Skills to produce report in the form of PPT slides / EXCEL sheet
- Self-starter & patient; able to work independently without constant direction/supervision
- Logical thinking & strategic sense are big plus
- Highly involved
in daily project development affairs
