Job Description

Client Coverage

·         Provide generalist support to the client groups of the relevant HR BP, and any other generalist as required when providing team cover

General HR Support

·         raising new joiner notifications, processing background checks and work permit applications

·         Assist in the preparation of correspondence and documentation including but not limited to employment offers, employment confirmations, terms & conditions letters, probation confirmations, contract extension, ad hoc mail merges etc.

·         Induction pack printing/preparation

·         , raising leaver notifications, SAP input,

·         Proactively manage staff work permit applications and extensions

·         Intern coordination including offer letters & other offer letters as required

·         Preparation of job descriptions and organisational charts

·         Co-ordination of staff relocations

·         Answering phone calls and message taking

·         Providing cover to colleagues during periods of leave

·         Co-ordinate Lunch & Learns

·         Co-ordinate all required training sessions – Performance Appraisals, Code of Conduct, etc.

·         Following up probation and contract expiries

·         Assist BP’s with generalist and L&D projects

·         Providing back up coverage for other HR Associates / colleagues

·         Co-ordination of other HR services and activities as required

HR Champion activities

·         Reference Checks

·         Background checks

·         Confirmation letters

·         Visa letters

·         Recruitment Activity Report

·         Initial leave follow up

·         Initial HR Declaration follow up

·         Assist with relocation matters for transfers/new joiners

·         Temporary accommodation booking for transfers/visitors to SG office

Requirements:

·         0-2 years relevant experience

·         Degree qualified, ideally in Human Resources or Finance related

·         Strong analytical skills and computer skills especially in Excel (Formula/advanced Spreadsheeting) is essential

·         Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and must be a good team player with high attention to detail

·         Strong client service philosophy

·         Must have excellent command of English - written and verbal

·         Must be a proactive self starter, with the ability to meet deadlines

·         SAP systems skills an advantage
