The platform helps users find out where their friends are going for classes and how they are rating them. Our vision is to help people discover the best classes that suits their needs via their own social network. We are currently in the closed beta phase, self funded pending Tier 1 iJAM funding.
Job Description
Responsibilities of Software Engineering Intern:
Perks/Compensation:
- Delivers the vision of our technology stack and gather feedback using technology for shaping business directions
- Be involved in developing product architecture, development design document, and executing responsive webapp
- Work with local graphics designer, biz cofounders and overseas remote backend developer to ensure development is aligned to best deliver value for users
- Design, implement, test, deploy and support the Webapp (subsequently mobile app) in a lean manner.
Critical skills:
- PHP on CI Framework, SQL, Javascript/HTML/CSS, agile software development technique are a must.
- Previous technology based project experience are a huge bonus
- Other languages Obj C/C++/Python/Ruby are a good-to-have.
