Team Description
The APJC Talent Acquisition team is a key pillar within Cisco's Human Resources organization. We’re a fun and high performing team who drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract, identify, select and recruit top talent across the APJC region. What You’ll Do
The Talent Acquisition Intern will work on some exciting key strategic projects that will add significant value to the APJC Talent Acquisition organization. You’ll also work closely with the TA Managers to rotate through and learn about the end to end recruitment process across the core Cisco functions; Services, Sales, Engineering and Corporate Functions.
Day to Day, That Means
● Demonstrate initiative and creativity in building Cisco's Talent brand across the region
● Work on key strategic projects relating to Talent Acquisition eg. Social Media
● Be mentored by experienced Talent Acquisition managers to learn all aspects of the end to end recruitment cycle
● Collaborate and interact with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, within the TA/HR community
Qualifications
● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Preferred degrees include Business, Marketing, Communications and HR
● Strong collaboration skills with internal/external customers and cross-functional teams
● Excellent communication skills, “can do” attitude and a team player in a global environment
● Extremely good organization, project management, and planning skills
● Keen understanding of social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram
● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
