- We're looking for an energetic, friendly person to join our team as an intern with the possibility of being converted into a full time employee at the completion of their tenure as an intern. The intern will be extremely hands-on with the marketing, communications and PR activities of the company. An applicant that is proactive and always curious to learn more would be highly preferred. Bear in mind - this person needs to be well versed with Facebook marketing and using Twitter and Google+. We're looking for someone who's a social media whiz, or at least wants to become one very quickly.There will be a short period of training to bring the intern up to speed with the company's products, activities and what's expected - he or she will be guided by an awesome, friendly, fun-loving team and will even get their own stuffed penguin!
- Responsible for coming up with the content plan and content calendar for various clients.
- Liaising with bloggers and news agencies on a local and worldwide scale to spread awareness about the products of Circus.
- Be involved in the creation of the newsletter on a weekly basis.
- Creating content for the company website and blog from time to time.
- Monitoring social media activity and mentions of the company's brand and associates.
- Working with and building rapport with local, regional and global clients.
- Be comfortable and excited to work with cutting edge social media tools and products.
- Willing to provide research for business development.
