• Assist in meeting scheduling
• Tracking and scheduling of recruitment appointments
• Assist in tracking of expense receipts
• Maintain and assist with all general filings/correspondences
• Perform clerical duties such as receiving and sorting mails, handle telephones enquiries, order of pantry supplies, stationery and attend to walk-in vendors, visitors and customer, etc
• Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements
• Good knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Multi-tasking with positive and pleasant attitude
• Enthusiastic, meticulous, pro-active and responsible
• Good command of English and Tamil
