Experienced artisans, exquisite designing and well-mixture of material contributes to a wide range of amazing cornices and decorative fixtures. All of our products are especially heat insulated and fireproof, suitable for both residential and commercial premises.

Quantity Surveyor (Ceiling & Partition/Construction)

(Internship job- at least 6 months or above)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre and post contract QS services;

• Handles progress interim payment, claims applications;

• Job site visiting;

• Responsible for taking-offs, filing variations, conducting measurements;

• Handles contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients & subcontractors;

• Monitors project phasing & payments;

• Site work co-ordination with client, suppliers & subcontractors;

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in Building /Construction Management/ Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent;

• Independent & attentive to details;

• Must be proficient in English and Chinese;

• Good in Autocad & MS Office at least to Intermediate level.
