CheckOuts – Business Development Intern

As our Business Development Intern, you will identify, pursue, and negotiate new partnership deals for checkouts.sg. At the same time, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the marketing strategy of our merchant acquisition campaigns and be exposed to a higher level of responsibility than at a typical organization, taking ownership of merchant outreach and sales metrics.

Position Responsibilities
We are focused on building a vibrant business community and great partnerships with B2B merchants.The Business Development Intern will play an integral role in the success of the business. Specifically she/he will be responsible for:

• Performing market analysis for key accounts
• Develop a design, strategy and implementation plan
• Participate in an internal communication program to improve internal knowledge of our partnerships
• Understanding of the education market and its potential and direction
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Developing implementation plans for key initiatives and executing on those plans
