- Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with the process of recruitment and selection
- Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll administration, statistics and HR reports
- Involve in the maintaining and updating of personal, employment and training records of employees
- Support in development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes and programs
- Undertake other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HRM/HRD/Business Management or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, proactive and responsible team player and able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
