Job Description: Assist in cooordinating and supervising technicians to carry out maintenance related work
Assist in preventive maintenance works, technical inspections & audits of the hotel and equipment
Liaise, supervise and manage contractors and vendors on the scheduled maintenance (weekly/monthly) of various functions and systems within the building, ad-hoc projects & rectification works of the hotel
Keep track and handle records of defects and rectified works
Handle quotations, purchases and inventory management for the department
Assist and/or supervise and support important hotel operations which include handling AV systems maintenance, fire safety matters etc.
Reports to Facilities Manager and handle any ad-hoc projects requested
