in showcasing your products and services using our expertise in media and
technology. Our team consists of 3D designers, motion graphic specialists,
videographers and photographers, who will cater to your advertising needs.

Chab Events is looking for an Event Executive who is not afraid by a
multitask position. The candidate has to be curious to discover the event
world & to be part of our enthusiastic team !
>> TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES :
As an Event Executive, you will be responsible for :
. Assisting sales team to contact venues and suppliers needed by our client’s projects.
. Planning and on site coordination to ensure smooth running of events.
. Any other administrative duties that may be prescribed by management from time
to time.
>> REQUIREMENTS :
. Be a problem solving person, have a quick and appropriate response is key in the
event world
. Be resourceful and enjoy customers relationship
. Excellent time management and communication skills (spoken and written
English is a must)
. A can-do attitude with focus on attention to details and achieving results
. Able to work independently and in a team
. Be very creative, energetic and resourceful
. Be able to brainstorm ideas for projects (everyone has a word to say in thecompany.
