Being self motivated and enjoying the start up environment is key for this position.
You will learn quickly while being in charge of handling a basic portfolio of clients.
Intern but not slave: We guarantee that the only coffee and printings you will do are your own 😉
We want you to enjoy the work and be pro active, learning and progress are the goals.
A/ In action
Helping with the production of recurrent events, sourcing new sponsors, work on the operational side of both corporate and night events.
Finding new venues and potential partners is also a fun part of the job.
Developing creative ideas to keep events fresh and interesting.
B/ Office tasks (you will learn).
Help with the admin work: monitor existing database, manage the social media campaigns/portals, updates on company websites, develop company's portfolio visibility.
Are you a swiss knife ???
Past experience in the event industry (or hospitality).
Video production knowledge is a plus.
Creativity, as it is part of what we are made of.
