Job Description

OVERVIEW

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales and Marketing team in order to optimise overall efficiency of the organisation.

At the end of your internship, you would have gained valuable exposure to the operational and financial aspects of a business model within an IT service industry, including areas such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, sales funnel management and deal structuring processes.

You should be a team player with a ‘can-do’ personality, embrace challenges, and possess strong communication skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Supporting data integrity initiatives by reorganising, validating and maintaining the salesforce database.
  • Assist in tracking monthly sales activities and routine reporting via the creation of Monthly and Quarterly reports.
  • Assist in developing content and materials for sales presentations and training.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Provide market research on target industries and competitive analysis.


REQUIREMENTS 

  • Students majoring in Business, Analytics, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Results and quality driven with a keen attention to detail.
  • Possess strong organisational skills, a desire to learn and ability to prioritise in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PPTand Excel) is required.
