Job Description
- Answering of phone calls
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Filing of materials in general files area
- Data entry
- other ad hoc duites
- Answering phone calls and inquiries.
- Making clients meetings for sales manager
- Assist in receiving guests and courier service.
- Performs other assignments or duties as required.
- Reporting to Senior manager
