CatchThatBus is a technology company. We provide an online platform and a mobile app that provides users with a means to book and purchase express bus tickets at the click of a button. We are growing aggressively in Malaysia and Singapore and plan to expand to South East Asia within the next 12 months.
CatchThatBus is about applying mobile technology, data-driven decision making, and world-class operations teams to solve a massive, offline problem: urban transport.
On the marketing side: You will be encouraged to push forward exciting ideas for the next big campaign. Assist the marketing team in producing new social media content, analyse results of campaigns and be a brand ambassador!
On the operations side: You will also work towards improving one or more processes within the organisation. Have a flair for customer service? A faster way to onboard bus operators? You decide what you want to work on.
Responsibilities
• Assist in conceptualising events, roadshows and potential partnerships
• Assist in developing content for social media, emails, blogs, etc.
• Assist in promoting our service/product to passengers at events/roadshows
• Pick one of the processes within the organisation and make it simpler
• Assist operations team with customer engagement/support
Requirements
• Highly motivated and driven (Hustle!)
• Data driven, strong analytical skills is essential
• Maintain a high standard of ethics and professionalism
• Fluent in English. Mandarin is a bonus.
• Impressive academic credentials
