Job Description
CW strongly believes in staff training to prepare everyone for supervisory or even managerial positions in the future. As an Intern with CW, you will receive extensive on-job training on communication skills, retail operations as well as basic visual merchandising. Personal coaching is carried out once a week to improve individual skill set. At the end of the internship, you will be well equipped with the necessary skill sets that you can only acquire from real world situations and excel in your future endeavours.
Job Scope
The person will be working with the Director and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business:
• Work schedule planning
• Sales
• Visual merchandizing
