Regional Marketing Intern (Malaysia)
Grow the Carousell community in Malaysia and help get more people to start selling
Grow the Carousell community in Malaysia and help get more people to start selling
- Build Carousell’s social media presence in Malaysia (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
- Seek out top quality sellers and share how simple and beneficial Carousell is for them
- Seed content for the Carousell Malaysia marketplace with items from above mentioned top sellers
- Research, develop and execute a campus ambassador program
Knowledge/skills required
- Responsible & accountable team player
- Creative with content ideas + good writing skills
- Fluent in spoken & written bahasa
- Loves social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr)
- Bonus: experience with buying and selling at flea markets, Lelong, Lowyat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, forums or any other online/offline platforms
- Bonus: design skills (photoshop, illustrator, etc)
Note: Intern is preferred to work out of the Carousell office in Singapore. Interns based in Malaysia are also welcomed, but must be comfortable working remotely and collaborating with the team using Instant Messaging tools and voice/video conferencing.
