M&A Due Diligence
Our M&A Due Diligence division provides an investigative research and consultancy service to major global corporations and financial institutions. Our research supports pre-transaction and post-transaction due diligence and consulting.
We are looking for talented undergraduates to join our growing team. If you are a high achiever looking for an exciting role to give you a unique insight into Asia's business environment, you should consider us.
Your responsibilities
•You will be expected to have good understanding of our clients' needs and objectives and be able to translate their needs into research proposals accordingly;
•You will be responsible for leading the cases and executing client mandates from beginning to end;
•You will be the managing the client for your projects;
•You will need to work effectively with other team members and partners in Asia and elsewhere to collect the research in a timely manner; and
•You will be responsible for writing up well-analysed and succinctly written research reports.
We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:
Character
•High level of integrity and discretion
•A self-starter, has initiative
•Well-organised and able to work well under pressure
Skills
•Strong analytical, problem solving and investigative skills
•Strong attention to detail and be able to see the "big picture"
•Strong client management skills
•Clear, concise communication skills in English
•Able to write accurate reports in good and concise English with good prose
Technical knowledge
•Good legal knowledge of merger and acquisition process
•Good financial knowledge
•General commercial knowledge
Other skills
•Strong research skills, including using the Internet for research
•Conversant with proprietary information databases
Qualifications
You are likely to come from a leading university. You may be a Business or Finance major with strong interest in Merger and Acquisitions.
