We are a new interior design firm from Sydney that is rapidly expanding our presence in Singapore. We are looking for talented designers & contributors to join our firm as interns and perhaps even as a full time employee upon graduation. Responsibilities: - Assisting & reporting to the interior design team - Design Documentation & Drafting - Researching Furniture, Fittings & Equipment (FF&E) and materials and finishes - Compiling sample boards and documenting product specifications - Keeping Supplier product literature and pricing up to date - Create, file and maintain resource library (periodicals, journals, etc) - Create and maintain on-line or digital visual image library - Compile market information & competitive intelligence for design concept research - Organise printing of bid contract documents - Schedule photography sessions - Assist design team in preparing design presentations - Assist in managing and updating future e-commerce website, product order fulfillment and liase with freight/delivery companies Requirements: - Enrolled in a Degree/Diploma programme in Interior Design or Architecture in a recognized tertiary education institution. (Preferably in your 2nd or 3rd year) - Ability to sketch freehand illustrations & formal perspectives are required - Written & spoken Asian language/s preferred (Mandarin & Chinese dialects an advantage) in addition to good communication skills in both written and spoken English essential - Web design skills are highly regarded - Interest in Photography & Fine Arts an advantage - Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, Autocad & Photoshop are essential ISG Note: Contact Company Directly at info@cwd.com.au
