Caffe Pralet by Creative Culinaire was set up in July 2006 in the shop adjacent to Creative Culinaire the School. The aim of the café was to showcase the culinary creations of Creative Culinaire the School. Since then, Caffe Pralet has found its own niche as a bustling café with a reputation for cakes and seasonal goodies.
Caffe Pralet carries a wide menu selection ranging from Health Promotion Board-approved dishes; to hot Asian and Western meals; to fresh bread baked daily; to truly decadent cakes. Served in a cozy environment, we are a destination for office workers and families that want a reprieve from the demands of their daily schedule.
The cakes and seasonal goodies are what differentiates Caffe Pralet from other cafes in the Tiong Bahru area. Because of the close relationship between the café and Creative Culinaire the School, Caffe Pralet is able to draw on fresh ideas from the school to constantly innovate and create new cakes and seasonal goodies. All our cakes and breads are made in-house. Whether for Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Spring Autumn Festival or Christmas, our offerings change year to year to reflect our creativity and desire to excite our customers.
Our cakes are the celebration of weddings, corporate events or birthdays. Using only quality ingredients in our cakes means they are of the finest standards. For even greater effect, Caffe Pralet offers cake customisation services. Our bakers have a penchant for creating edible works of art that are almost too pretty to be eaten. Past examples of our cake creations are on display in the café for others to be inspired.
Caffe Pralet is available for in-house and outside catering. With our wide array of selection of dishes, which covers both Asian and Western cuisine, our menu is suitable for all occasions. An ideal location for wedding solemnizations, birthday parties and corporate or private functions, our catering menu is readily customisable to whatever your needs may be.

Job Description
- Assist Head Chef in preparation for service (lunch/dinner)
- Daily operations in Kitchen (e.g. inventory)
- Help to develop and streamline kitchen best practices
- Creating new menu items
