The incumbent will be challenged to create and provide business analytics to support the simplification strategy. Since this is an end-to-end value chain assignment, it would touch all functions of the enterprise including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D and hence an understanding of an overall business value chain is critical.
Requirements:
• Bachelor / Masters degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Business Computing or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant working experience in finance/supply chain with wide exposure to business analytics
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and SQL Excel proficiency - Advance (ability to understand and use Charts, Pivot Table, Lookup table, IF functions, Data Table, Range, Name, to build dynamic template for data analysis and reporting)
• Strong analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in multi-cultural teams across geographies
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
