We are ideally looking for Campus Freshers having completed their diplomas, degrees or post-graduation in Sales/Marketing/Business. Exposure to Information Technology is preferable but not mandatory.

Requirements:

1. Fluent spoken and written communication in English with excellent email/reporting abilities. Knowledge of any other Asian language is a bonus.
2. Out-going personality and the ability to engage with prospects and explore new business. Should be comfortable on tele-calls as well as meetings to start with a number of cold-calls and funnel down leads into Customers.
3. Ability to create Sales Proposals/Presentations/Collateral with support from Subject Matter Experts across print, websites and other channels. Should  have the ability to conduct presentations confidently in front of a group of people.
4. Should be comfortable with travel and being on the road for aggressive meeting schedules and changing work priorities.
5. Should have a willingness to learn as we will be investing time and effort in molding your career. Being self-driven, motivated and aggressively result-oriented is expected.
6. Business Development will include meeting CXO/Business Owners so an amount of maturity in general people management is required.
7. Will be required to author key sales/marketing content for web-sites and other company collateral. Hence, an eye for copy-writing and being well-read is expected.
8. We would also expect candidate to be involved in Customer Service Delivery and be a one-point contact to liaison with the Customer during the pre as well as post sales phase between Customers and back-end IT developers/Subject Matter Experts.
