Support and facilitate the service marketing manager in the following tasks
- Production and implementation of all online and offline communications and promotions for B2C & B2B
- Coordination with agency on communication materials and promotional brief
- Accessories development – price negotiation with regional supplier, initiation and coordination of product tests/ brand approval on packaging / factory approvals for new regional products
- Market analysis and monitoring of competitors’ products, services and pricing
- Assist in conducting annual CSAT survey throughout the region by brands
- Support in driving promotion plans with focus on MY, TH & NZ
- Generate & track weekly & monthly reports
