Job Description

This internship is planned to be a 6-months assignment. It is a tremendous opportunity to gain experience in the Customer Service field through learning about the various operational processes as well as involvement in special projects as needed.
- Assist in capturing current processes and enhancing current documents in the following areas – Order Management - Customer, New Order Entry, Change Schedule, Line Split of Lines, Chipset Management, Mass Update Tools, Generations of Picking Plan and Shipping to RMA Module, WebMemo.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
- Preferably able to work 40 hrs / week or no less than 20 hrs / week
- Strong technical interviewing and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Visio
- Highly independent, organized and resourceful.
- Strong written and technical presentation skills
