Job Description
Reconcile supplier ship alert against PO receipt and against B2B ASN data for Finance to make payment - Work with Finance & supplier to resolve invoice issues
Support Planners with build instruction to suppliers , ensure Diebank inventory are issued out to WIP
Reconcile Peoplesoft Diebank inventory against supplier WIP report to detect discrepancies
Support Peoplesoft inventory control for transaction such as interplant, adjustment and inventory movement to various location - Review aged inventory, work with planners & suppliers to dispose aged inventory
Support supplier RMA creation & logistics
Work with the rest of production control team on daily operation to support customer shipment
Requirement
- Diploma, ITE or GCE 'O' levels with production control knowledge- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good communication skills - Meticulous and team player
