Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process orders and generate invoices
- Handles general administrative duties
- Coordinate internal department work flow
- Provide full support to department
- Ensure proper filing and documentation
- Support month-end closing activities
- Attend to internal enquiries
- Ensure smooth and effective work flow
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- At least 1 year of experience handling general administration duties
- Able to start immediately
Mon to Fri - 9am to 6.15pm
Office at 30 Tai Seng Street
