Responsibilities:
- Process orders and generate invoices
- Handles general administrative duties
- Coordinate internal department work flow
- Provide full support to department
- Ensure proper filing and documentation
- Support month-end closing activities
- Attend to internal enquires
- Ensure smooth and effective work flow
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec/Professional Certificates or equivalent
- Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
