Job Description
Admin Assistant (Contract 6 months)
Responsibilities
- To handle the data entry of invoices and general insurances for staff
- To maintain and manage the stationery for office and outlets
- To assist in the management of housing units for foreign employees
- To liaise with management office for building & administration matters
- To assist in facilities management and general administration duties
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- At least 1 year of experience handling general administration duties
- Able to start immediately, with commitment of 6 months required to cover the period of maternity leave.
- Physically fit and able to handle the movement and shifting of equipments and furniture.
- Singaporeans only.
