Accounts Assistant / Accounts Officer
Reporting Structure:
1) Team Supervisor
2) Finance Manager
Responsibilities
1) Perform 3-ways invoice matching against corresponding PO and DO
2) Perform data entry work and simple filling work
3) Liaise with suppliers on invoice discrepancy
4) Work closely with inter-department to ensure all documents are properly collated for timely submission
5) Ensure timeliness and accuracy in transactions processing
6) Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirements
1) LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
2) Min 2 years of relevant experience
