Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and simple filling
- Perform 3-ways invoice matching against corresponding PO and DO
- Liaise with suppliers on invoice discrepancy
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Processing payment
- Work closely with inter-department to ensure all documents are properly collated for timely submission
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in transactions processing
- Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
- LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Flexible working hours (about 3 days a week at own schedule)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Positive working attitude and meticulous with accuracy & efficiency
