Job Description

Overview:

The primary function of the Graphic & Digital design is to help execute all marketing creatives for BNM Asia Pacific and help in being the creative voice of a collaborative cross-functional team that includes strategic marketing, social media, content and sales.

•  Help to design and execute all online and offline B2C and B2B marketing graphic design using   the brand templates and style guides provided for BNM and channel brands

•  Work with the Marketing Manager, Senior Graphic Designer and the marketing team to deliver inspiring, provocative, and disruptive results

•  Help to handle all allocated projects independently from Design Development, Layout, Amendment, Adaptation, Final Artwork to marketing requirements.

•  Collaterals include (but are not limited to) aiding in creating digital flash banners, logos, web banners, mobile banners, print ads, newsletters, EDMs, editorial layouts, event collaterals, roll up banners, brochures, Facebook and Twitter cover photos, Twitter backgrounds, infographics

•  Maintain a clear understanding of the BNM brands and products

•  Help to monitor design trends, and influences and identifying opportunities for brand involvement

Requirements:

•  Fluent in graphics programs such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, After Effects and basic DreamWeaver.

•  Excellent Apple Mac skills and an understanding of troubleshooting.

•  An eye for detail.

•  Strong knowledge of typography, design and colour fundamentals.

•  Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fun, collaborative environment with multi-disciplinary teams.

•  Ability to work independently, self-manage & prioritise tasks.

•  An understanding of the social media and digital space.
