As an Apprentice Entrepreneur, your job scope is simple. In order to learn, you have to DO. And through this programme, you will learn to DO everything that an entrepreneur does - including writing proposals, following up with clients and leads, scheduling and arranging meetings with prospective partners (both regionally and globally), working together with our team of ambassadors globally in executing strategies.
While it may seem daunting, take note of 2 things. One, you will be gradually immersed into this entrepreneurial environment, and not thrown into the ocean from Day 1. The co-founders will be there to guide you along this journey. And two, this experience will be the closest you can ever get to being an entrepreneur, and learning the lessons to be an entrepreneur, without bearing the risks of one. These lessons will eventually help you start your own business if you have the dreams of doing so, or make you a highly valuable member in any employment opportunity because you have an edge over your peers by experiencing a realistic business environment. Once you master these skills, you can rest assured that you will NEVER be out of a job.
RequirementsWhile we do not require academic qualifications, we are looking for is someone with a great personality, attitude and outlook. The following would put you at an advantage.
- Has a can-do attitude
- Looks for solutions to a problem, instead of merely stating the problem.
- Takes ownership of tasks given
- Takes initiative in finding ways to improve existing solution
- Takes initiative to learn independently and not being spoon-fed
