Job Description
We are looking for an Absolutely Awesome fresh graduate (interns are welcome as well) to help our clients around the world grow their eCommerce stores.
What You Will Be Doing
The 2 pillars of Bluelambda’s eCommerce Growth strategy are getting Targeted Traffic andConversion Optimization. You’ll be learning how to effectively make use of these 2 important core pillars of eCommerce Growth to help our clients grow their stores.
We’ll train you on how to:
Write effective marketing copy for eCommerce sites
Improve the usability of eCommerce sites to improve conversions
Analyze website analytics and other data and use it to help our clients get more revenue and sales
Learn the most effective SEO strategies and tactics to get more organic traffic to eCommerce sites
Buy all forms of online media ads (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Adwords ads and others you’ve probably never heard of) to help our eCommerce clients get traffic to their stores
Work with other members of our global team to deliver results for our clients
You’ll then take these skills and apply them effectively for our clients.
What You Need to Have
You should be interested in eCommerce and online shopping, and have an interest in online marketing.
The single most important trait for a eCommerce Growth Strategist is Empathy – the ability to discern the nature of being of a website visitor, prospect or customer.
You should also:
Be both creative and analytical
Be savvy with technology and web applications in general
Be familiar with social media
Have a strong command of English (both written and spoken)
Be a quick and lifelong learner
Knowledge of direct marketing, copywriting and web development/programming would be an advantage but not necessary.
Your attitude is more important than any skills, knowledge or education. We welcome applicants from any educational discipline and experience level.
