Your Task
Data management (e.g. data modelling, SQL) to organise critical data
Web-Technologies (e.g. HTML 5, JavaScript) and Programming languages (e.g. Java, ABAP) will be put to use for Front-end design (e.g. SAP Fiori, UX) to help clients develop important applications.
Designing system interfaces (e.g. file handling, ex-/import, messaging) to facilitate efficient and swift operations for clients.
Knowledge of Integrated Development Environment (e.g. Eclipse, Visual Studio) will be needed for your daily tasks
Analyse and debug complex problems in applications built by clients and, of course, yourself!
Requirements
Your work experience
Maximum 2 years of professional experience
Practical experience in the area of application or web programming (Java/JavaScript) from student jobs or internships is desired
Education, skills and competencies
Don’t get us wrong, we are looking for the best candidate but we are prepared to nurture your talent if we see your commitment, energy and will.
Required skills:
Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
Willingness to analyse and debug complex problems
Strong foundation in computer science with good competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
Very good University degree in computer science or related technical discipline
Other Preferred skills
Experience with ERP software
Love for Data Analytics
Strong presentation skills
Strong Java and/or JavaScript programming skills
Knowledge on relational database management systems (usage, architecture)
Experience with IDE and Code Management Tools (Eclipse, Visual Studio, Git)
Knowledge on Software Testing Methodologies
Experience in Administration of Linux
Shell-Scripting programming skills
