Marine Insurance Executive
Responsibilities
Assist in insurance placement for the group’s vessels, Charter-in tonnage, and maintenance of insurance cover such as additional cover for breach of trading warranties, shipowners’ liabilities etc.
Participate in the insurance renewal preparation for all types of insurances
Assist in handling insurance claims, such as Hull & Machinery, Crew, Cargo and other Protection & Indemnity claims
Participate in the claim settlement negotiation
Responsible for all claims submission and collection
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Business, Commerce or equivalent. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Candidates currently pursuing ACII or ANZIIF or equivalent are preferable
Team player who is self-motivated, performance orientated and has good interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills
