- Job Description
- Responsibilities:
• Content development for client social media accounts.
• Develop and maintain social media calendar. Drafting content and creating content calendars.
• Daily community management on social media platforms – replying to comments, messages, etc.
• Report on social media performance. Conducting social media monitoring and reporting.
• Assisting with research projects i.e. related news, general discovery and share findings with the team.
• Act as a point of contact for clients - Facilitate and nurture clients relationship.
Professionally interact with clients during phone calls, meetings, productions, events, and more.
Working closely with account teams to develop, compose, and implement all community content per client and their business objectives.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Positive attitude with multi-taking superpowers.
• Possess engaging writing skills.
• Be resourceful. Excellent research skills is required.
• Motivated and willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s objectives.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Eye for good design.
• Flexible – you can hop online at a moment’s notice to help deal with any situation.
