Eligibility Requirements
3rd or 4th year tertiary undergraduates from the local universities or private institutions offering a recognized degree programme:
- Singaporean or Singapore PRs ONLY
- Males must have completed National Service;
- Minimum 21 years of age as of 1 June 2015;
- Minimum academic qualifications of a full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
