To support our expansion, we are looking for bright, hardworking Sales and Marketing Executive/Managers (Online Marketing) to serve our clients in Singapore and the region. Our clients are mainly worldwide leaders in the hotel, restaurant, travel group, airline, entertainment industry and consumer products/services industries.





Responsibilities:

• Attend to all calls pertaining to complaints, lost and found and general enquiries

• Provide effective service recovery for complaints

• Ensure appropriate and adequate investigation are carried out for all cases

• Ensure performance measures are met at all times

• Update status of complaints and lost and found

• Deliver product training to customers

• Do some market analysis/research

• Identify the needs of prospective clients in assigned areas for settlement and custody

• Provide solution to customer queries and maintain favourable relationship with customers to enhance their loyalty to the company

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers.



Requirements:

•Min GCE “O” Level

•Min 1 year of relevant experience in customer service

•Experience in Call Centre is a PLUS

•Pleasant personality with good communication skills, effectively bilingual with ability to speak dialects is a PLUS

• Able to multi-task work under pressure in a fast paced environment
