Job Description
Provide engineering and technical support in calculations/sizing, preparation of technical drawings, application notes, manuals, etc. Provide hands-on technical support in installation, assembly and commission of motion products/systems and follow up on tests and evaluations; after-sales technical support/ trouble-shoot/ analyse/ identify problems in assembly, installations, etc. To research and design, provide engineering concept/designs on suitable systemic intelligent motion products and systems to advance and enhance company's product lines and profile of products and services. Liaison with Customers/End-users on sales & technical support on products and systems, etc. Any other duties and responsibilities as required in day to day administrative & operation of the company's business.
