PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for providing sales and marketing support to the sales team and providing marketing services and product information to customer
JOB FUNCTION1. Answering customer queries and providing price quotation to customers in a timely manner.
2. Support sales team in marketing activities such as preparing brochures, preparation for roadshows, talks with hospitals, etc.
3. Develop, implement and track marketing program in the area of assignment.
4. Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors.
5. Provide customer interface for all product complaints via the company’s established PIR system. Ensure all complaints are reported and investigation results are communicated to distributors/customers.
