Bebebows is a producer of children's accessories that are being sold in Singapore and Malaysia via major retailers such as Toys R Us, Vitakids, MetroJaya, Mothercare, John Little and Parksons.
Job Description
- Inventory management including visits to our partner retail outlets e.g John Little, Toys R Us, etc.
- Liaising with website developer for BebeBows’ online portal revamp, and any and all related activities
- Market research to do competitor analysis
- Business development in acquiring smaller retail outlets to carry Bebebow products
- Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping and will be trained with use of Xero accounting software
- Customer Service to handle enquiries, orders, phone calls
- May be involved in organizing events and roadshows as directed by Reporting Manager
- Administration - handles paperwork with regards to liaison with suppliers and vendors
- Marketing - handle and manages social networking sites, blog, newsletter, catalogue and sponsorship of events
