In this position, you will assist our Accountant in her operational duties and our Production team in their float reconciliation duties. Your day to day responsibilities will include data entry, creating TT and cheque payments, setting up and maintaining project accounting files, and last but not least, reconciling floats. You may also be asked to do some additional duties assigned as and when needed by the Accountant.
For this position, we are looking for somebody who is responsible, meticulous, detail oriented, diligent, persistent, and highly organized. Multi-tasking should come easily to you and you should also have excellent working knowledge of Excel. As a team player who possesses a can-do attitude, you will need your friendly personality to liaise with many counterparts; internal or external. No experience is needed. Those who have prior experience with MYOB will have an advantage.
