Job Description

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing administrative support in all aspect of human resources as follows:-

Recruitment activities

·         Assist to coordinate interview with candidates and interviewers e.g.       arrange with candidates and other interviewing logistics work

·         Assist to coordinate activities for new hires, on-boarding administration etc

Internship activities

·         Assist to coordinate activities for interns, on-boarding administration, orientation, liaising with schools, following up internship matter with school and hiring managers etc

 

HR Policies & Guidlines

 

·         Research & interpret Employment Act policies and put up recommendations as appropriate

·         Housekeep HR policies, forms and guidelines to ensure its timely updated and published.

 

HR Projects

 

·         Coordinate with universities on branding activities e.g. organize career fair event including planning, logistics, sourcing of branding corporate gift etc

·         Design and establish a corporate recruitment booklet

·         Assist to maintain and update Time Management System (TMS)

·         Provide support in HR reporting such as leave, claim, overtime, etc.

Others

·         Assist in employee communication matters eg. create posters and update HR notice board.

 

·         Provide day to day support in the human resources operations and administration

 

·         Perform all other duties and project as put forth by HR Manager/Specialist as and when required

Requirements:

·         Intern with a major in Human Resources for a period of 4 - 6 months

·         Hands-on person with a high level of energy working independently in a fast paced and lean environment.

·         Positive, diligent and meticulous individual who has good verbal and written communication skills.

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills
