Job Description: “Discovering Adventure through Exposure and Understanding”

Base Camp Venture is a new company which distributes Hammer Nutrition and Inov-8 shoes amongst other products. We believe in that it is not sufficient just to sell quality products, but it is more important to share pertinent knowledge that will facilitate people’s discovery of the outdoors.

As an intern in a small company, you can be sure that you will definitely learn so much more! The following are some of the job-scope that you will be handing:

• Assist in devising marketing strategies (Newsletters, Email Blast, Social Media, Website, Magazines etc)

• Sales enquiries

• Brainstorming on new business opportunities to explore

• Business proposals

• Involvement in road shows, training and workshops

We are looking for an independent individual who can think outside of the box. Individual with the following qualities would be good:

• Loves the outdoors, loves sports and loves the environment!

• Fun-loving!

• Willing to learn

• Highly adept in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Self-motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment

• Experience in the field of Business and Mass Communications is a bonus.
