Qualifications
- Provide daily HR and administrative support to HR – Hotel Operations
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of employee database
- Perform regular maintenance and sorting of personnel files
- Required to maintain strict confidentiality of all data, and able to take appropriate security measures in the access and sharing of information
- Assist in other Human Resources related areas, and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resources / Information Technology or other related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Pro-active, independent, mature and able to work under minimal supervision
- High attention to detail in relation to data reliability i.e. proofreading, formatting, grammatical or spelling mistakes etc.
- Good administrative, documentation and communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel and other MS Office
- Must adhere to strict confidentiality policy
- Able to commit immediately
- $8/hour
